Counseling may include designated exercises and involvements that are appropriate to strengthening resiliency, self-awareness, and appropriate management of behaviors such as but not limited to: guided imagery work, post-trauma work, identification of distorted thinking and other cognitive re-scripting work, relaxation training, and mindfulness education and practice. Individual therapy is scheduled at a minimum of once (1) per week, or as often as deemed necessary by the therapist and as indicated on the individual treatment plan.
